Shipping & returns

Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day.

• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
• $5.95 flat standard shipping on orders under $50.
• Standard delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days after dispatch.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created. If tracking has not moved 48 hours after dispatch, email support@moddose.com and we will chase the carrier rather than asking you to.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States. Import rules for supplements vary considerably by country and we would rather not ship you something that gets seized at the border. International shipping is planned; the newsletter will announce it.

Returns

You can return anything within 60 days of delivery, opened or unopened, for a full refund of the purchase price.

"It did nothing for me" is a valid reason. You will not be asked to justify the return, and there is no restocking fee.

How to return something

1. Email support@moddose.com with your order number.
2. We send a prepaid return label, usually the same business day.
3. Put the item in any box, attach the label, and drop it off.
4. Your refund is issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving.

Return shipping is free. If the return is because we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, tell us and we will ship a replacement immediately rather than waiting for the original to come back.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Email us a photo of a damaged parcel and we will replace it. If tracking says delivered and the parcel is not there, give it 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan early — then contact us and we will resolve it.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be skipped, rescheduled or cancelled at any time from your account or from the link in the reminder email we send three days before each shipment. Cancelling takes effect immediately and there is no minimum term.

If a subscription order has already shipped when you cancel, that order is still returnable under the standard 60-day policy above.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process the refund, how quickly it appears is up to your bank — typically 3–10 business days.
