Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs)
Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs help relieve your pain by reducing inflammation.
Examples of these are;
- Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil)
- Naproxen (Aleve)

- Fatigue, drowsiness, and broken sleep.

Another name for acetaminophen is paracetamol, and even though it is widely used, experts don’t really know how it works in the body.

In some rare cases, you could have an allergic reaction to acetaminophen.
- You find it difficult to breathe or swallow

Acetaminophen poisoning can happen from taking too much acetaminophen, which can lead to liver damage.
Symptoms of liver damage include:
- Jaundice (Yellowing of the whites of your eyes or your skin)
- Pain in the upper right area of your abdomen
- Nausea and/or vomiting
- Loss of appetite

But now, you are probably asking, “If I shouldn’t take over-the-counter drugs for my joint pain, what else can I do?”
What Else Can I do For My Joint Pain?
Well, that’s a good question. And let me answer that for you.
There are two other ways you can approach your joint pain, and they are much safer and much more natural.
2 Natural Approaches to Easing Your Joint Pain
There are two ways you can handle your joint pain without the risk of any nasty side effects but be warned they are not some quick fix like taking a pill, and you’re cured.
Both methods take patience and persistence.
- Eating a diet without inflammatory food like a well-planned Low Carbohydrate Diet (Ketogenic Diet).

Easing Joint Pain with Diet
Making a lifestyle diet change is simple but not easy.
